                    As a general civil law and trial attorney, Michele M. Amsellem helps businesses, corporations, non-profit organizations, estates, and individuals navigate complex challenges through various means both in and out of the courtroom.

            Michele is a trained and licensed Mediator in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, assisting parties in resolving conflicts without going to court.  Prior to joining The Law Offices of Christiane E. Sorel as an associate, Michele worked for eight years as a paralegal on diverse complex civil law cases in both the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

            A strong and effective advocate, Michele helps each client establish clear goals, then develops effective strategies for working together to resolve conflicts.  Attention to detail and effective case management, together with clear attorney-client communication and transparency, are hallmarks of Michele’s practice philosophy.
